You are the PO!
We are an organization made up of Parent Volunteers, whose mission is to connect the THS community by coordinating volunteer efforts, providing regular communication conduits, and creating social opportunities. It is about generating a spirit of community and building meaningful relationships, all in the name of supporting our students.
Golf Tournament + Dinner
Come one, come all on Friday, September 20th — golfers and non-golfers alike!
An afternoon of fun + dinner at Tayman Park, all in support of THS; it’s a win-win.
Bring your own foursome for 9 holes, or sign up solo and we’ll match you up; it’s a scramble format (which means every player gets to play forward from the team’s best shot) so you really only need one good golfer to have a shot at the winner’s cup.
Not in the mood to golf?
Come just for dinner! We have a pile of delights in the works for you — a raffle and so much more.
Limited spots available; sign up today before it sells out!

Bravissimo
Join us for an evening where YOU come as the masterpiece and take a stroll through our living gallery. Indulge in an evening of visual splendor while we gather to celebrate the beauty of art and our passion for The Healdsburg School. Paint a picture in your mind of a night filled with friends, a carefully crafted bar, a seated dinner of culinary delights, and an auction intended as a feast for the eyes.
Family Bingo Night
Join us for an evening filled with friendly Bingo rivalry, laughter, community camaraderie, and the chance to snag some prizes! This event is free to attend, we just ask that each attendee add to the excitement by bringing a brand-new item for our Bingo prize stash. Don't stress about it — think easygoing options like regifted treasures or Dollar Store finds! Whether it's a treat for the kids or a special something for our adult Bingo champs, every contribution is appreciated.
Attendees are welcome to bring a picnic dinner, and there will be food available for purchase from a food truck that will be on campus (details to follow). We will have beverages available, and you're welcome to bring your favorite drinks to share.
A huge shoutout of appreciation to the dynamic duo, Vicky and Wade Nobles, for taking the lead and chairing this event. Get ready for an unforgettable night of fun and games — we can't wait to see you there!
*Please note that space is limited and open to the first 130 guests who sign up. If your plans change, please be sure to update your RSVP.
The night will include:
Food for purchase (or bring your own picnic!)
Bingo games, with celebrity bingo callers!
Prizes for each game
Bake sale to support your Friday night sugar fix (and, more importantly, the 8th-grade class DC Trip!)
Beverages — water, bubbly waters, sodas, kids juices and wine!
Timeline:
5:30: Check-in opens / food for purchase available
6:15: Bingo welcome and bingo primer for all!
6:30: Bingo games start
8:15: Last Bingo game begins
8:30: Event ends — please stick around and help us break down. (Many hands make light work!)
